This position coordinates construction and maintenance projects for the Credit Union. Manages the relationships with external business partners and landlords providing products and services to the Credit Union. Collaborates with Internal departments to ensure facility needs are met in conjunction with the Facilities Mangers. Responsible for various assigned projects and duties to support the Facilities department in line with OnPoint’s strategic objectives.


  • Oversees building maintenance, new branch and remodel construction projects, ensuring that timing, costs, and contract requirements are met.
  • Prepares cost estimates, RFQs, RFPs, reviews drawings and specifications submittals. Reviews contracts for assigned projects and verifies validity of project change orders.
  • Develops, reviews, and manages project budgets and prepares financial reports. 
  • Ability to understand and interpret lease language to hold the landlords accountable for property and building maintenance and ensure OnPoint adheres to its obligations.
  • Coordinates employee relocations and workplace set-up including, working within established space planning guidelines and workplace standards. Ensures effective organization, planning, and communication with internal resources and external business partners to complete relocations.
  • Develop and manage business partners that provide essential products and services to the Credit Union, including scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs on all facilities systems (i.e. security, HVAC, building repairs, etc.).
  • Responds to Facilities Help desk requests within 24 hours or less and ensure timely completion of repairs. Coordinates facility service requests with service providers who perform work on site, resulting in minimal impact and inconvenience to customers and their productivity. Assist the Facilities Manager with annual budget preparation, ongoing expense control measures, and internal invoices and chargebacks.
  • Conduct on-site inspections of branch and department locations for necessary facilities repairs and coordinate repairs, as needed. 
  • Knowledge of ADA access requirements and partner with Human Resources to facilitate ADA and ergonomic adjustments at Credit Union locations.
  • Cross train and provide backup within the Facilities team. Includes duties such as: purchasing, sorting mail and preparing outgoing mail, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Well-developed customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to obtain results.
  • Developed knowledge of construction management and processes. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Ability to develop and manage project budgets.
  • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and effectively prioritize work.
  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Project preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of work place safety guidelines and ADA requirements.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred within in relevant degree area or a combination of education and experience.
  • Construction, project management or IFMA (FMP) certifications highly preferred
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Facilities and construction management.
  • Demonstrated project management within the facilities profession.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call 24/7.
  • Ability to analyze cost data, and research performance information for product selection process.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Possess a valid state issues driver’s license and clean driving record.
