Our Contact Center team sits in our Clackamas Operations Contact Center and are the first line of communication with our Members who call in for a variety of questions, transactions and other financial services and needs. Through an interactive, responsive and consultative approach, Contact Center Representatives are responsible for effectively handling in-bound calls and emails from our Members and are passionate about providing extraordinary Customer Service. They use knowledge of financial products, services, procedures, as well as customer service skills to conduct a variety of account transactions, provide information and support, address and resolve issues/concerns and refer business to callers in a manner exceeding customer service satisfaction.

Under general direction of the VP/Internal Audit Manager, this position performs a variety of risk-based operational and compliance related audits and activities to support the achievement of OnPoint’s Internal Audit Program objectives. Supporting maturity of the program’s alignment with Institute of Internal Audit Auditor (IIA) standards and guidelines, and acting as a resource and mentor to other auditors, are also responsibilities of this role. In addition, this person will support the operational administration needs associated with the audit software used by the Credit Union.
The Card Services Specialist is responsible for providing support to internal and external members on all debit card
maintenance related inquiries. This position is responsible for working OnPoint ATM disputes, problem-solving, providing
solutions and education for staff and members, processing card maintenance requests, and have a firm understanding of debit
card systems, including vendor platforms.
The Card Services Specialist 1 will have a comprehensive understanding of Credit Union policies and procedures, ATM/POS,
and all debit card services provided by the Card Services department in order to assist members and staff with their inquiries
and responsibilities.

Under the supervision of the Lending Operations Manager, this position ensures that the collateral listed on all new Consumer loans have the required insurance coverage and the correct documents to complete the title transfer. Provides ongoing member service on all existing Consumer and Home Equity loans.
Effectively utilize resources to consistently provide the very highest level of service to members, branches and other departments. Works effectively in a team environment and welcomes a challenge. Accomplish multiple assignments and projects with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines. Provide support and training to other OnPoint employees as needed.
As a primary point of contact, this position supports the credit union’s mission through effective sales and service, targeted business development efforts and community involvement. The Commercial Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for developing and managing business relationships in accordance with OnPoint Credit Union’s core values and prescribed sales process in an assigned area. Primary focus is establishing and maintaining loan, fee and deposit production, while managing a medium-large portfolio of business relationships.

Implements and monitors information security programs and controls. Ensures protection of technology and the business against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification and deletion of information. Completes a variety of audit, reporting, information program, policy, procedure, technology and incident mitigation tasks.
The Sr. Systems Administrator is a highly technical position responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, security, maintenance, and support of the Credit Union’s Windows Server and Active Directory environment. The Sr. Systems Admin will serve as a technical expert and will lead and work with users and technical peer groups.
